What can I expect from an 8-week community NDARP program?
Our programs meet once a week for 2 hours, for a period of 8 weeks. The program is led by certified associate directors and facilitators, and consists of a combination of DVD presentations and facilitated group discussions. The combined support of the other participants and the leaders makes for a positive approach to addressing mental health topics.
Do I have to be depressed or anxious to attend?
No way! Although our target audience is those suffering from depression and anxiety, anyone can benefit from the principles in this program.
